Policies, Terms & Conditions
Asset Ownership & Hosting +
You purchase hosting and domains directly from providers such as Hostinger, Namecheap, or Cloudflare, retaining 100% legal ownership. I receive zero ongoing fees or commissions from your hosting. You are always in full control of your digital infrastructure.
Investment & Payment Structure +
Projects begin with a 25% commitment token (non-refundable after design brief confirmation). 50% is due at the midpoint delivery. The final 25% is released only once you have reviewed and approved the live deployment. Payments accepted via UPI, Bank Transfer (IMPS/NEFT), and PayPal for international clients.
Intellectual Property & Copyright +
Upon receipt of final payment, full intellectual property rights for the delivered work transfer to you. Source files, databases, and all custom code become your property. I retain the right to display completed work in my portfolio unless a written NDA is signed prior to project commencement.
Confidentiality & NDA +
A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is available upon request for sensitive enterprise projects. All client data, business logic, and project details are treated with strict confidentiality regardless of NDA status. Production credentials and API keys are never stored beyond the project delivery window.
Hidden Costs Policy +
The estimate you receive is the price you pay. Third-party costs (domain, hosting, payment gateway provider fees, premium stock assets) are outlined in the project brief before work begins — they are never bundled silently into the invoice.
Revision Policy +
Each package includes the specified revision rounds. A "revision" is defined as adjustments to existing elements — not new feature additions. Scope changes or new feature requests are quoted separately. Additional revision rounds beyond the included count are available at ₹500 / $6 per round.
Post-Launch Support & SLA +
All projects include a 7-day post-launch support window for critical bug fixes at no additional charge. The "1-Year Concierge Care" add-on extends this to 12 months of priority support, including minor content updates, security patches, and performance monitoring.
Project Cancellation +
If you cancel after work has commenced, the commitment token (25%) is non-refundable. If I am unable to complete the project within the agreed timeline due to circumstances on my end, a full refund of all paid amounts is issued within 5 business days.
Dispute Resolution +
In the rare event of a disagreement, both parties agree to first attempt resolution via direct communication. If unresolved within 14 days, disputes are handled through a mutually agreed third-party mediator. All agreements are governed by Indian law (Delhi jurisdiction) for domestic clients and English law for international clients.
